Since she attended and graduated from The Coaches Training Institute and found her passion in Strategic Coaching in 2003, Kelly has worked with companies of all sizes — from solo-prenuers to Fortune 500 companies, helping them become extraordinary through developing powerful brand platforms and successful, purposeful businesses that are based in creating the lifestyle they desire. She has worked successfully with hundreds of entrepreneurs, in more than 30 industries, to design, launch and develop powerful brand platforms that build dream-come-true businesses.

Kelly has successfully launched four of her own companies and dozens of her own brands, including Bow Wow Bootcamp™, Marketing to Millionaires™, The Impact Model™ and The Ignite! Business Coaching Program™. She has been consistently recognized by industry leaders and numerous awards programs . In 2005, Kelly published her first book “Visionary Women Inspiring the World: 12 Paths to Personal Power” (Skyward Publishing) and most recently in 2010 Celebrity Press-published “Ignite Your Business Transform Your World.” Kelly is currently working on her next book.

Kelly doesn’t just coach on theory. She pulls from her impressive corporate history working in leading marketing agencies, emerging technology companies and Fortune 500 companies (including Epson America, Hitachi Data Systems, Kingston Technologies and Intuit) where she developed her widespread expertise in advanced business and marketing strategy. Some of her corporate highlights?

  • At just 26, her work with Inuit (where she was responsible for launching Quicken 98, 99 and 2000 personal finance software, as well as managing multiple brand-building corporate and product public relations programs) was acknowledged by the Association of National Advertisers with their Distinguished Award for Professional Development Excellence in Business Building & Managing Brand Equity.
  • Kelly was recruited by eVoice, Inc, where she successfully repositioned the company in less than seven months to be acquired by Time Warner AOL.
  •  In 2001, she started her own consulting company, focusing her attention on a small list of prestigious clients. One client was the P2P company Morpheus, where she was the driving force behind the publicity campaign in its battle to legalize digital music. After nearly three years, Morpheus won its lawsuit, achieving freedom for digital distribution of content. (Think iTunes and Facebook.) At 29, she was awarded a PR Compass Award for Excellence by the Public Relations Society of America.

This is a journey she’s only just begun — in 2011 — but she’s made it her mission is to become the leading global coaching and training company for women leaders by providing programs that unite 1 million women to find their true voice, share it unabashedly and positively impact both their bottom line and their world.
