Experienced Sales Rep for Consulting, Coaching & Training Company

Kelly O’Neil is the CEO of Kelly O’Neil International, Inc. and a bestselling author, speaker and award-winning women’s empowerment & leadership expert who for the last 15 years has been providing coaching, training and consulting programs to aspiring women leaders and conscious entrepreneurs who want to fulfill their life’s purpose, inspire global transformation and manifest greater wealth.

We are expanding our Northern California sales team and are looking for motivated, proactive Customer Relations Strategists to sell to the small business market in the US and Canada.  We have a unique line of comprehensive coaching programs, live retreats and products that cater to a variety of industries. Our consulting techniques utilize a combination of methodologies that gives small businesses the same opportunity for growth and improvement once only reserved for the Fortune 500.

Our ideal motivated candidate is responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy.  This includes introducing our company and products to new prospects and calling on an existing database of prospects and customers to meet the assigned revenue quota. A salesperson who is successful in building and maintaining a client base of local and regional businesses will have the opportunity to earn a 6-figure income. A proactive individual who isn’t afraid to dive in head first and acquire new business is a must as well as someone who is team oriented with a fantastic, customer service oriented phone presence.

  • Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in selling consulting or small business services in a competitive market.  A track record of success and recent experience in this environment is required.
  • Candidate must have proven experience in finding and closing new business to reach monthly and yearly sales goals.
  • Continuously self-educate to maintain a broad knowledge of small business marketing and operations solutions.
  • Experience making outbound telephone calls.
  • Enter communication with prospects and accounts into web based CRM software – InfusionSoft.
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Research and compile a list of targeted leads from sources such as social media, blogs, associations, business groups, etc.
  • Proven ability to quickly develop relationships and build trust with decision makers.
  • Proven ability to create and implement outside the box ideas that benefit multiple organizations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
