Kelly O‘Neil

Architect of Intelligent Growth | Futurist | Advisor to Visionary Entrepreneurs

Kelly O’Neil is a trailblazing thought leader, celebrated futurist, and prolific creator of intellectual property known for transforming market disruption into strategic advantage. For over three decades, she has redefined what it means to grow, scale, and lead — helping visionary entrepreneurs architect businesses that deliver freedom, profitability, and legacy.

Her story, however, isn’t one of a linear rise. It’s a story of intelligent reinvention.

At just 19, Kelly launched her career in the heart of Silicon Valley, working with top PR and brand firms and helping generate more than $750 million in revenue for global companies. By her 30s, she had built a multi-business empire of her own — a thriving portfolio that looked successful from the outside but was quietly cracking beneath the surface.

When market volatility collided with misalignment and structural inefficiency, everything she had built came crashing down.

It was a devastating collapse — and the catalyst for the most powerful transformation of her career.

In the ashes of that experience, Kelly saw the truth: the traditional entrepreneurial model was broken. The hustle, the complexity, the fragmentation — it was bankrupting brilliant leaders financially, emotionally, and creatively. So she dismantled everything that wasn’t aligned, extracted the wisdom from her experience, and rebuilt from the ground up.

That rebuilding became Phoenix Growth Partners, Inc. — a firm born not from theory, but from lived experience. Not another consultancy or coaching company, but a category-of-one advisory firm that helps entrepreneurs and leaders design Intelligent Growth Architecture — the clarity, structure, and strategy that make success sustainable.

Through proprietary frameworks including Fusion Paradigm™, FusionCore™, ProfitCore™, PartnerCore™, and Marketing to Millionaires™, Kelly and her team help clients achieve intelligent scalability, affluent market leadership, and exit-ready freedom — without the burnout, chaos, or compromise of the old model.

Her mission is clear: To lead the new era of entrepreneurship — where alignment, innovation, and measurable results replace hustle, complexity, and exhaustion.

A recognized authority in business strategy and affluent market positioning, Kelly’s work has been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur, The Wall Street Journal, Fortune, NBC, ABC, and over 1,000 media interviews. She has shared stages with icons such as Zig Ziglar, Tony Robbins, and Jack Canfield, and is the author of the upcoming EPIC AF TrilogyInsolvent, EPIC AF, and The Fusion Paradigm™ — guides for transforming adversity into intelligent, scalable success.

Kelly also hosts the EPIC AF Podcast, where she leads candid, high-level conversations with industry disruptors and legacy builders redefining success in the modern business landscape.

Off stage, Kelly is as grounded as she is visionary. You might find her wake surfing, perfecting her tennis forehand, or chasing her Tibetan Terriers — London, Addison, and their mischievous little brother, Remmington. She’s equally at home in jeans and flip-flops at the farmers market or on a global stage — always with the same mix of humor, humanity, and no-nonsense brilliance.

The old model nearly broke her.
The new model —
Intelligent Growth Architecture — is changing everything: for her, her clients, and the future of entrepreneurship.

THE

Mission

Kelly‘s story isn't about fitting in; it's about altering

the course of history by empowering entrepreneurs.

From the get-go, Kelly has been a visionary, a futurist who saw what others couldn't, and questioned the status quo when others settled. When the Apple "Think Different" campaign launched, it wasn‘t just an ad for her; it was like someone speaking her language for the first time. This campaign felt like a culmination of everything she had felt growing up, and it changed the path of her career and life. She resonated with it on such a deep level that it revealed to her why she is on this planet, and for the next two decades, Kelly aligned her craft, skillset and businesses with this purpose.

Through Phoenix Growth Partners, Inc., Kelly is disrupting the status quo, redefining the new paradigm of entrepreneurship and how business can be done. She takes a stand for the mavericks, the trailblazers, the ones who've been overlooked because their vision was too much for the masses, and helps them bring their ideas to market. In a world that often resists change, Kelly believes the rapid pace of change we‘re in needs visionary entrepreneurs who make an impact that will leave a legacy and make the world a better place.

All of her past experiences have prepared her for her next chapter: her legacy work. She‘s no longer working with entrepreneurs who’re just wanting to make more money - instead she exclusively works with entrepreneurs who want to create a lasting impact for future generations, the ones who rewrite the rules to change the trajectory of humanity. Kelly is not just building businesses; she's building legacies with her clientele, and she's just getting started…

By launching 9 companies that encapsulate more than 25 brands, she put her revolutionary "Fusion Principle(™)" to the test, proving it's not just theory but a proven map for success.
